Where does this store ship from?
Do you accept orders placed outside of the UK?
Yes I do. I ship to the US, Canada, & Europe..
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes I do. Though my system will not allow you to input it I can still ship to them. If you have an APO address please put your APO address in the "notes to seller" box and indicate that you want your order shipped to that address.
What shipping options are there?
Currently I used Royal Mail and USPS to ship all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you have shipping upgrades?
Currently I offer express shipping for the United Kingdom & United States only.
When do you ship orders out?
Orders are shipped during Business days (Monday - Friday); excluding observed holidays by postal carrier.
We're in the same country. May I place an order and pick it up?
As this is an online shop I do not offer "local pickup". All orders will be shipped to the address that is on the order invoice.
This is a gift. Will you ship my order to my recepient's address instead?
At this time no. I will not send any orders to an address other than the buyer's address.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
My store is powered by both PayPal and Square, both are well known & trusted online payment solutions on the web. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
Is there another way to pay for my order?

Why is my coupon code not working?
All of my coupon codes are for select purchases and timeframes. Please check and ensure that you have met the requirements of the code and try again. [NOTE: All coupon codes, unless stated, can not be used with Clearance or Gift Card purchases.]
May I use 2 or more coupon codes at once?
No you may not. The web provider's system will only allow (1) coupon code per order.
There's an item I'd like, but it says its SOLD OUT. Do you have more?
All of the items in my shop I make myself; I do not buy them from someone else pre-made. If an item says "SOLD OUT" I do not have any more of that item until I restock.
* Exception: If any item is a "LIMITED/ONE OF A KIND" I will not be restocking that item.

Do you offer rainchecks?
No I do not. Please refer to above question on "sold out" goods.
Do you offer pre-ordering? / Can I reserve an item?
Currently I do not offer pre-orders or reservations. I work on a first come first serve basis.
Do you do custom orders?

I placed an order on Saturday/Sunday. Why has it not shipped yet?
Both of my shipping carriers are not open over the weekends or holidays. Any orders made on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will not be processed until the next working business day.

When is the shop open?
My shop is open 24 hours and a large part of the year. Below are the times the shop will be closed:
Thanksgiving day = CLOSED
Christmas & New Year's = CLOSED
Do you have Live Chat? If so when is it open?
Currently I do not have Live Chat available.
When are your email messaging/inquiry hours?
Based on UK time zone:
Mon-Fri = 10am - 5pm
Sat-Sun = CLOSED
I sent an email, why haven't you contacted me yet?
All below answers are based on UK time.
1. I respond emails within my messaging hours. (please see above question for hours)
2. If it has been 24hrs please check your SPAM/JUNK folder as that is where my reply message may have been stored by your email system.
3. If you sent an email after messaging hours I will respond to your email the next day during regular messaging hours.
4. If you sent an email after messaging hours on Saturday or on a Sunday (I am closed this day) any and all email/s will be replied to on Monday during regular messaging hours.
Why are my tattoos cracked as if the ink was running low?
All of my tattoos have my signature "crack" technique applied to them. This allows for a more aged & realistic look once applied. Once applied they have a solid-like color appearance.
Do your tattoos feel like plastic once applied?
I use higher quality tattoo paper. Unlike its lower grade counterpart, that gives off the classic shininess and plastic-like feel, it's thinner and blends into the skin giving it a more realistic look and feel.
How long do your temporary tattoos last unused?
They can last unused up to a year if:

What happens during your busy season?
October is my busiest time of the year. As such:
1. If you are needing a larger quantity please message me.
2. I will not accept custom order requests (IE: items that aren’t already in the shop) during that month.
3. I will process all orders in the order that I receive them.
